By accessing Yanagi Design ("we," "our," or "us") website and using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
In general, our Terms & Conditions cover the following aspects:
Services: All consultation services and packages at Yanagi Design are final and non-refundable once purchased, booked, or completed. Refunds cannot be issued based on dissatisfaction or expected results. However, you may request an exchange for a different service of equal or lesser value, provided the request is made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We are committed to addressing your concerns and may recommend follow-up actions or offer a complimentary consultation to support your ongoing needs.
Promotional or Special Offer Items: All promotional or discounted services and special offers are non-refundable. Any deposit made for booking services is also non-refundable. Appointments under promotions may be rescheduled only if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Gift Cards and Pricing Plans: Gift cards and pricing plans are final sale and non-refundable. Some services within a package or certificate may be exchanged for other services of equal or lesser value, subject to approval.
Products: Due to the customized nature of our products (e.g., personalized crystal bracelets), all product sales are final and non-refundable. However, unused and unopened items in their original condition may be exchanged for products of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase.
Yanagi Design Gift Cards (WMH109):
Validity: The gift card is valid for all services and products offered by Yanagi Design and must be used before the "Valid Until" date printed on the card. Any unused balance will be forfeited after expiry.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used toward other promotions.
Sales & Additional Charges: Applicable taxes, including HST, and any additional charges must be paid separately at the time of purchase or service redemption. The gift card value covers only the specified amount.
Advance Notice Requireds: Please inform us of your intention to use the gift card when booking a service. The physical or digital card must be presented at the time of service or product redemption.
No Combination with Other Offers: Gift cards cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers.
Lost or Stolen Cards: Yanagi Design is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. They will not be replaced or reissued.
Card Acceptance: The gift card is valid only at Yanagi Design and must be presented in original form. Copies or reproductions will not be accepted.
Right to Modify: Yanagi Design reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Please check our website for the latest policy.
